• Daureb isib means “view the Brandberg” in the Damara language. This campsite is named Daureb isib because it is situated in the foothills of the mighty Brandberg mountain (the highest mountain in Namibia) and enjoys a magnificent view of the Brandberg.
• The campsite consists of five private sites designed to give comfort and camping friendliness. Each site has its own shower, toilet, kitchenette and barbeque; shaded parking and space for two tents. Hot and cold water is provided by a gas geyser.
• Each site has 220V/50hz single phase electricity.
• There is a communal swimming pool and lapa for relaxation and group get togethers.
• Security is a high priority in the site management. The entire area is fenced within an enclosed estate and random patrols are conducted throughout the night hours.
